If you are looking to get your roof replaced Ramon and Jose are some of the best in Tucson. After getting 7 different quote and inspections I finally found Southwest Roofing and Design. Ramon was great, taking the time to explaining all of the different options in materials and benefits of them. It was clear that he cared about my home as if it was his own. That communication and care continued through the entire install Jose was at the job site daily with the install crew making sure everything was accomplished as promised. We found several spots with rain rot and Jose was great at making sure they were all repaired properly. As the job was being accomplished Jose would send pictures and updates to make sure I was 100% satisfied. The entire team definitely catered to my desires of being on roof checking in on the progress through the entire install. Definitely give them an opportunity if you are in the market for a new roof you won’t regret it!

O and did I mention clean up? The crew did a great job with their magnets picking up all the loose nails and roof scrap leaving a clean job site daily.

Great company and the team we dealt with, from sales to the employees. We had a 32 year old roof that developed a leak in the garage. Rather than just repair the leak we decided to replace the entire roof. Luke did a roof inspection which showed several areas of aging, past wet spots where the under layer was cracking, and cracked tiles. Luke used an onsite video presentation that was great.
Jose and his team were great to work with. They kept us posted every step of the way. It was awesome to see the actual work via an app feed, as it was being done Jose and Poncho were very patient with our numerous questions. The team worked hard and were meticulous about cleaning up each day, as well as, protecting all of our plants.
We highly recommend Southwest Roofing and Design!

Southwest Roofing and Design is a super professional company. At each stage of the process, the team showed their expertise and diligence in getting the job completed correctly – to include photos and details. They kept me informed and explained each step and cost thoroughly. They even worked very closely with my insurance company to show repair needs. These are great people and hard workers too. I cannot thank them enough for the professional job they did for me.

Southwest Roofing Company did an outstanding job for us. Ramon was incredibly thorough and took the time to actually investigate where our leaks were coming from instead of jumping straight to the most expensive option.

Another roofing company told us we needed a completely new roof for $30,000, but Ramon carefully assessed the problem and was able to fix the real issue for a fraction of the price. His honesty and attention to detail saved us a huge amount of money.

When you find good, honest workmen like Ramon, you never want to use anyone else again. We are so thankful for his hard work, integrity, and professionalism. I highly recommend Southwest Roofing to anyone who wants the job done right by someone they can trust.

I can’t say enough about the professionalism and thorough inspection of the roof from Ramon!!! Before we met for the showing, he had already set up an account in my name and the pics of the roof were on the account, before I left the showing. He provided video proof and explained all of his actions to myself and my realtor. His professional analysis gave my realtor a little fire to work with as I navigate through this deal. He also provided three tiers, from lowest to highest! If you are looking for quality, give Southwest Roofing and Design a call…you won’t be disappointed!

Southwest Roofing and Design replaced my roof. They did an excellent job. Ramon made sure I knew what materials were used. He thoroughly explained the cost estimate and financing options. Jose and his team were very efficient and did great cleaning up the work site. Jose even found replacement tiles that matched the original tiles that have been out of production for years. They provided timely updates including pictures throughout the project. They worked with my difficult schedule very well. All of my questions and concerns were promptly addressed. I am very happy with their work and hope the company continues to grow.

These folks came highly recommended from our neighbors who used them for some roofing repairs. We initially called them for the same. But after speaking with them, we discovered that they were also subcontractors and offered a whole lot more. So, outside of using them for minor roofing repairs, I asked them to bid on painting the the inside of our house. Our house is coming on 11 years. The original paint did not hold up well. Plus some areas were cracked and needed repair, including the ceiling of my outside patio. While slightly higher priced by the average… there was nothing average about the quality of work and customer service. I cannot say enough good things about Ramon and Jose!
All I can say is that you get what you pay for and more!! My husband and I HIGHLY recommend this company!
